	Hey, you make it sound like our fabulously outfitted kitchen (the only
piece of non-electric equipment we figured out we didn't have was a
juicer) was lacking in measuring spoons!  Not so, they were there for the
asking.  But the eggplant turned out very nicely anyway ;)
