Heaven...
Usually seafood and chicken and some veg with rice and a sauce that has
a lot of saffron in it. Last time I had some in a restaurant they had
mussels in it and LOTS of garlic and I was wiping evert last bit of the
sauce out of the platter with my bread... I could eat it until I burst.
There's a special sort of pan for paella, IIRC. Big, flat bottom, with
broad sloping sides. Anybody have one?
