Actually food deliveries are not a problem.  I've seen Sysco trucks come in, 
as well as trucks from bakeries, etc.  Many of the food vendors seemed to be 
getting regular deliveries in the early morning this year.  The food court is 
technically "outside" Troll - ie you don't necessarily have to pass through 
Troll to get close enough to unload; or you could have someone meet the truck 
at Troll and escort it in and out.
