Oooh, this looks good! I might try it on tofu cutlets which will then be
grilled or fried - I have been looking for a new marinade/sauce for tofu.
Yummmy.  It won't have the long cooking time, but I can still marinade if
overnight which should get those lovely flavours into the tofu (particularly
if I use frozen tofu - that sucks up flavours like a sponge once it is
thawed).
