Phlip,
Thanks for the offer.  I'll check with Phillip and find out if/when he can help
me out.  If it looks like it may be a while, I'll scan the pages in and forward
them to you.  However, it will probably be after I go to California next
week...sorry, but this job interview has to come first.  I have to write a 20
minute presentation on a technical subject to deliver at the interview, so most
of my time will be taken up with that...and with creating a shopping list for
Phillip for when he's in SF's Japan Town next week!
