SC - Peeling eggs

Put your eggs in COLD water. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of salt. Bring to a boil. 
Boil for the required time. IMMEDIATELY dump off the hot water. Jiggle the 
eggs in the pan to crack the shells or rap each one soundly with the back of 
a spoon. IMMEDIATELY cover with COLD water. Leave to completely cool. They  
will then peel with no problem at all. :-)
