SC -corn in the USA

If only this were true.  While the modern usage of the word has pretty much 
faded in the States, "cornflour" still, in some areas, refers to "wheat 
flour".  Unfortunately, it also refers to "cornstarch", which is a totally 
different creature.  Very confusing when reading an early American 
cookbook... it's not always clear, at first glance, which one is called for.
