Both you and Margaret are in my prayers.  

Even when a passing is expected, there still is a
difficult period of adjustment.  No matter how long
you have been bracing yourself for the inevitable,
when the time actually comes, it is just as hard as if
it had been unexpected.

I will pray that your urologist will give you good
news.
