Umm, do you want one of those at the class or in the discussion on the list?
If so, would you settle for a USDA meat inspector (one of our jobs is to
make sure humane slaughter is performed) Not that I'll make it to Pennsic
this year, but I'm going to try and make Lilies next year (and maybe other
wars as well)
