Hmmm. Diced poached chicken, small dice of cucumber, sweet peppers,
tomato and onion, possibly scallion instead, scads of chopped mint,
lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil, s&p. Chicken Mint "tabouleh".

I don't know about the broccoli almond fudge.
