One of the neatest ice creams I've ever had was
offered by one of the local (Bay Area) ice cream
makers about ten years ago...their ice cream base,
without even vanilla added, sold as "Sweet Cream".

It was *wonderful* for those of us who occasionally
enjoy a minimalist sensation.

Berengaria, who occasionally gets plain cheese pizza
for that very reason
