Ah, so *that's* what the yummy eggplant was!  By interesting 
coincidence, today I finally sat down and looked at the Scully I bought 
at Pennsic.  That particular recipe caught my eye, and I thought it would 
be well worth trying.  I will keep your redaction for some time when I am 
not trying futilely to take off some weight.  :-)
