Cornflour is one of two things in Australia. It is either very finely
ground wheat flour or very finely ground maize flour. It should say on the
packet. The Four Roses one (I think) says that it is "Maize flour" and
"Gluten free" on the box. Either product fulfils the role of cornflour, but
only one could count as period.

BTW, is this true in America.
