While I know that was a hypothetical question, and I know Ras' group
or Kingdom has not bought a site, it is still not that far-fetched for
some areas. However, even if you have your own site you still have to
deal with the outside community. Maybe even more than when you rent
sites. Things like building codes and fire codes and inspections
come to mind.
