Hmmm. Knowing JK Rowling, probably it would look just like the muggle dessert
but everybody named Richard would get huge freckles. 
Or the spots would actually be small eyes that watch the boys named Richard.
Or eating it puts you in a polkadot trench coat and fedora for a few minutes.
Or you momentarily get the measles and a club foot and moan "A horse, a Horse, 
my Kingdom for a horse!"
Or...
