Its been about seven years since I did Pennsic, at that time there
definitely was not enough food vendors. I think for the first year just
serving lunch say 11:00 til 3:00, supper 6:00 till 10:00.  Prep and cleanup
maybe a total of 6-7 hours.  The theme could be a tavern or such that is on
a pilgrimage/crusade route.  Giving the opportunity to have a large area to
draw from.  I gotta stop this is getting scary.
