Master Atar calls it "fish eyes and glue" and that's the name that stuck at our house, no
pun intended.

Tapioca pearls in milky sweet tea have been a chic soft drink in Japan and elsewhere in
Asia for a couple of years now, they call it Bubble Tea.  I ordered it at a trendy
Chinese restaurant the other day;  the bubble tea was the most entertaining thing on the
table. :-(  [For the edification of Central Caidan locals:  Shanghai and Main, Universal
CityWalk, blah, don't bother.  Try Buca de Beppo instead, at least there you can read the
walls.  Or the mini-version of Versailles in the food court, love that garlicky Cuban
chicken!]

I'm anxiously awaiting the next installment of the pudding recipes!
