Stonyfield Dairy also has whole milk yogurt that seperates into a cream 
yogurt layer and a milk yogurt layer.   I could get this brand in NC, and 
here in CA so it ships nationally.

I thought somebody had a recipe for 'creme fraiche' that involved sour cream 
and fresh cream blended and left overnight?  Clotted cream is very close to 
creme fraiche, isn't it?
