Argh. I usually proofread my messages better than this. The book mentioned
to mix in this ratio... and then gave the measurements in tablespoons. I
thought I was making things clearer by changing back to ratios. That last
should be 'parts' instead of 'tablespoons'. Or change 'part' in the earlier
statements to 'tablespoons'. :-)

Pectin may have been one of them. I was looking for Yule gifts and was
in a rush and didn't have a pencil and paper with me. Next time I'm
in there I will get the ingredients and the brand name, price etc.
