Call the main campus number- 405-744-5000 and ask for the meat lab.  Or
call me at my office (405-744-5383) 8am to 5 pm after Jan 2nd and I'll be
glad to look it up in the campus directory.  Oh, the entire campus is
closed until January 2nd. I don't know if they deliver....to where you
