Zepplins had cabins as well as beds, however, I think 'Lainie is referring
to an extreme luxury airline service that supposedly got started about a
year ago.  IIRC, Virgin Atlantic is the airline in question and the service
is available only on a few flights of extreme duration frequented by high
dollar customers.
