SC - OT OOP Restaurants in Harrisburg area

Sorry to take up bandwith, but I need to hear from list members in the 
Harrisburg PA  area.

I am looking for a nice restaurant / tavern to go to in January for a special 
luncheon.  Can any one recommend a place that serves nice food in a nice 
(preferably colonial) atmosphere?
