I haven't followed this thread much so I may be repeating someone else.  If 
so, please forgive.

Does the Barony have a email list like the cook's list?  How about the 
Kingdom?  Have a version of the Merry Rose?  Why don't you just put an 
announcement about the when's and where's of the event and list the menu and 
yourself as the contact for any food concerns.  You may opt to talk to the 
Autocrat first and see if they may offer to do this with you or for you.  At 
least this would get the information out and your name out there with it.
