SC - olives in period spanish recipes?

Good morning,
Inquiring minds want to know.  do any of you with more spanish info than I
have recall any period spanish recipes containing olives?  (I did a search
of Brighid's draft of the libro guisados & didn't find anything) I know
they're called for in menus in the Neapolitan collection, and I think I've
seen them in a spanish menu as well, but not as an ingredient...
Anyone else seen anything?
