Now I'm embarassed.  I just checked with Phillip and he remembers the dish, but
seems to think we've lost the recipe.  However, I suspect that it involved
marinating the roast in a generic wine marinade, then cutting slits in the roast
and inserting coffee beans.  Following that, you would roast it as you would
normally cook a leg of lamb.

Sorry for the delay...I've been under the gun with a deadline at work.
