Greetings All:
	Am trying to do pre-planning for a couple of feasts.  Does 
anyone have a source for Pressed chicken or pressed ham in 
period?  (I'm planning for a summer tourney event - thinking 
pressed ham or chicken as the main "meats" for lunch...)  Any 
comments/suggestions would be appreciated!
