I ran across this looking for trebuchet reruns from an earlier show,
and thought it might be of interest.  The Nova series Secrets of Lost
Empires will be showing "Roman Baths" on Wednesday, 2/22 (and probably
several times later that week).  The companion website includes recipes
for "a day at the baths" (mostly from Apicius) which may or may not be
