There is a rabbit "farm" in Eaton, Colorado.  We purchased bunnies from them 
a few years ago for a feast.  I will try and dig up the information on them 
and see if they ship.  The rabbits were skinned and cleaned, on ice.  $4 
each, I think.

The story about asking for rabbit reminded me about an "organic" food place 
that opened up here in Cheyenne two years ago.  I went in last summer asking 
about goat.  The quote was "You want it for WHAT???".
