I´ll have to say I was served some very good sausages, and some excellent
haggis too, during my visit to England recently. I just wasn´t sure how
representative the samples I had were, since my hosts on both occasions were
food historians with a special interest in traditional English food (Alan
Davidson and Laura Mason).

And, I´ve got some very tasty Algerian haggis in my refrigerator just now
...
