You might want to get a copy of Anthimus. Anthimus was a physician, writing
to Theodoric, King of the Franks on healthy food and good eating habits in
470 or thereabouts, from Byzantium.

OTOH, you can work from that quote Adamantius has, on Byzantine food- A, can
you post it? Very appropriate, considering the Trimaris thread.
