I forgot to add the dulce part. I actually devised the recipe based on a 
dulce stew recipe from a so called traditional Irish cookbook. It did not 
include the mushrooms or leeks, but did include dulse butter and milk, salt 
and pepper. I'm using sea salt whereever possible.
