SC - duck broth/soup

I remember my first soup......

My roomy had just smoked a duck and a chicken for a party.  I got a wild hair 
up..........never mind.  I had only planned on stock, but got inspired and 
added some vegetables.  I then pushed the contents of the pot through a sive, 
seperating the meat as I came to it, returned it to a boil and added rice.  
We called it "Soup most Fowl".
