	Bonne. I usually figure about 1/4 pound per person per meat if there
is more than one meat dish being served. Rounding up to 25 lb. to allow for
shrinkage and dividing by the weight of the hams will tell you how many you
need if these are boneless. If they are bone in hams ask the meat counter
person what the bone weighs and go from there. Sounds lovely cooked the way
