SC - Greetings

I am new to the list and sort of new to period cooking. I currently cook for 
a family of 8 so I have plenty of experience in mundane cooking.
I will be going to Gulf Wars and would like to know who I have to talk to in 
order to enter a recipe that I'd like to make at the war. It is my first 
entry so I need some guidelines.
I've been trying my period recipes on my family and they don't disappear 
when I say I'm going to try a new one so I think they have turned out very 
well.:)
I look forward to participating in this list.
