Thanks for the info. I'm doing different web research at the moment...

So, beaver on the next feast menu? Has Lord Ras eaten any? (oh, yeah, 
"tastes like fish" :-) Well, so did the duck eggs i ate.

What would be good side dishes? (Lenten fare? It *is* coming up...)
