I took it from Unmentionable Cuisine, which you may have, but if you don´t,
I´ll dig up my copy and post the recipe. It isn´t called haggis there -
tripe sausage, I think - but it is very similar to haggis. I made a few
changes, though, since I couldn´t get lamb´s lungs or spleen so I used only
the liver, heart and kidneys, in addition to the stomach. - Oh, and I used
kohlrabi instead of turnip, which was unavailable. The recipe is rather
vague, though, without any quantities given. But the result was quite good,
if you like that sort of thing, which you and I do.
