SC - Spinach (recipe)

But they wouldn't run screaming if the menu said:

PARA HAZER ESCUDILLA DE ESPINACAS (To make a dish of spinach)

Which is the accurate way to list it anyway? Why would you title it Spinach 
and Prunes when that is clearly not the name of the recipe?
