SC - Suggestions for a mushroom dish?

Well I asked for suggestions for mushroom dishes and have finally had a chance
after several hectic days to get back to my e-mail . . . and _Boy_ did I get
lots of messages!

I am most grateful to all those who took the time to reply to my request (both
personally & to the list).  I was going to thank you all individually, but there
were so MANY replies, that I hope you will accept my thanks to you all
generally.

My cup now really does floweth over & I thank you all for your time &
generosity.
