Mine would be easy enough.

2 shots Bacardi 151
 1 part Pineapple Juice
 1 part Lime juice
Shake with ice and strain into a Tallboy tumbler.
Pour a thin layer of Ammaretto on the top with a spoon.

I think I shall call it "A list to port"
