Although I wouldn't title it "Spinach and Prunes", I usually do list 
ingredients for each dish and post the list on the kitchen door and/or at 
troll.  For a menu, I'd probably label it this dish "Espinacas -- Spinach".  
Which by itself is enough to send some people screaming into the night.

On the other hand, I ascribe to the theory that each feast can and 
should have at least one dish which is... out of the comfort zone for 
some people.
