Usually just put it into cleaned plastic jugs and refrigerate it.  This one 
does need to be be refrigerated; it will keep for a couple of weeks if kept 
cold, but grows delightful black furry floaters if allowed to sit around 
warm.  (or at least it did the one time I put it in a thermos jug and didn't 
clean it out for several days after the event was over.  I've been careful 
ever since.)
