SC - Period serving practices

I am not sure what "groups" are insisting that this is a period practice.
It may be period but as far as I know it is not something that is common.
For all the events that I have attended in the past 2 yrs all across the
southern Outlands, our feasts have all taken place somewhere around supper
time. That is anywhere from around 6 to 8 PM. We may have several courses
but usually not 2 hours between! That seems a bit odd to me.

Now at our encampments with a big feast hall pavillion, we have a couple of
meals and always have food available for those just wandering thru looking
for a quick snack.

If I can be of more help or can contact someone more knowledgable in
describing typical Outlands feasts, please don't hesitate to let me know!!
