I of course am interested, and am working on designing and building a
camp cooktent to integrate both the cooking area and the storeage area,
with plenty of shelves for storing foods, counterspace to work upon and
a place for 2 of the nifty smoker/grills and a table for the 2 propane
ranges. It looks promising and will have the same amount of shelf space
as the tent we had last year, and at least half again as much. We also
are working on rigging one of our coolers to use nitrogen as the
refrigerant so we wont have the icemelt problem, just gas subliming...

What about Froedrich? He spent an aweful lot of time with us last
year...;-)
margali
[and we may have convinced a couple of friends who want to go but want
to hotel it to join us, I love virtual roommates!]

Incidently, Cooks, we're doing a Cook's camp at Pennsic this year- if
you're
interested, let me know- so far, we've had Ras, Elysant, Stefan, Margali
and
Rob, and me from this List- I'd like to open the camp to any other
Cook's
List members who are interested in joining us. I'm also thinking of
opening
up another List, for those interested, so we don't bother those of you
who
aren't. Feedback, please?
