I forgot to explain: this would have a huge advantage for those of us who
think awards are a big fat waste of time (among other resources). Fewer
orders, fewer awards, shorter courts, and so on. The ideal solution would be
to throw out the whole lot (except the few that come from period), but even
I know that's impossible.
