I would suggest you run to you local grocery, grab a wedge  and do a test 
freeze. I would think that if you wrapped it in wax paper and then perhaps 
foil it should freeze ok. I know I have read that you can freeze semi hard 
and hard cheeses like cheddar and parmesan, but Im not sure about softs.  
Cream cheese freezes fine so I would assume you could do it,  But try a test 
to see how the texture changes..just in case I'd set up a wine and cheese 
party to eat those rounds if you can't freeze them ;-)
