Stefan has the whole collection if you want to double check you got it all.

I found this late entry from
>Bonne. My question is, is the phrase "wish a dish turn your slices of
>bread upward" a typo, and if so, what is meant? with a dish? using a
>dish to help flip the slices?

Though I don't have the book here, I'm sure it is a typo and should say
"with".

And for ONE MORE (modern) ENTRY: At breakfast after 12th Night I mentioned
this discussion and received a nomination from the husband of Kaliah (sp)
the Crone from Seareach in Atlantia: French Toast made with Pound Cake.
He said it was heavan on earth. I didn't catch his name, but he did say
not to mention it without crediting her.

Bonne
