How can something be bland and sweet and oily? Don't the latter two rule out
the first?

Sigh. Yes, one of the problems this inexperienced cook often has when trying
to figure out just which file to put something from this list into. Or when
trying to figure out what to call a new file. For example, when is it a
noodle and when is it dumpling dish?
