SC - Brie Storage - a little OT

Sounds like a horrid dilemma- wish I had a few like that! If it were me, I'd
get a round of both Brie and Camembert, at least.

I've never frozen brie, so I'm not sure what the texture might be, but I've
never frozen Brie because I've always kept it in my refrigerator until I
needed it.

If they're really good friends, they'll buy their own brie and pig out on
it- if you were a really good friend, you'd send them an extra $10 to buy
some for themselves, so they weren't tempted.

The only cheeses I've frozen have been cheddar, by accident, which came out
fine, other than it was leaking whey when it thawed, the so-called American,
which WIC, welfare sorts, and other poor folks used to get (that stuff was
Wonderful!- wish they still put it out- used to swap other foods to the guy
who got it because he hated cheese) and Velveeta, which came out fine, but
is listed as cheese food, rather than cheese. I usually just put them,
sealed so they don't dry out, in my fridge and use them when I want them- if
they mold, just cut off the mold and eat the rest.

Johnson: Oats -- a grain which in England sustains the horses, and in
Scotland, the men.
Boswell: Indeed, and where else will you find such horses, and such men?
