Egg salad, Coddled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pound cake, You can 
separate the eggs into whites and yolks and freeze them in ice cube trays 
with the equivalent of one eggs per slot and use them in future cooking also. 
A quick web search will reveal literally hundreds of things to do with eggs.
