SC - 16th Century Recipes

Thank you so much for the suggestions.  I am really interested in the German 
recipes, and will be downloading those tomorrow.  I was pleased that I have 
two of the suggestions in my library already, Epulario, and the Martha 
Washington cookbook.    I also have _The French Cook_ by Francis DeLaVarenne. 
 There is a date of 1653 on the first page as the date to be sold.  Would 
this also be considered?
